Students Send Cards of Thanks to Soldiers in Afghanistan

On Valentine’s Day, February the14^th, Sencie Patchin Unit 24 member and an Aid at Tombstone high School, was the driving force behind Tombstone students creating Valentine cards which expressed the students’ appreciation for the sacrifice the soldiers make each day. The students of Tombstone High School and Walter J. Meyer Elementary School worked together, adding candies, hand lotion, chap stick and Q-tips. These heartfelt cards and thoughtful gifts were shipped off to Afghanistan.
